Job Profile: Production & Manufacturing Associate

Candidate Requirements:
- GMP Knowledge: Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure safe, compliant production practices.
- SOP Adherence: Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures for production, safety, and quality control.
- Pharmaceutical Equipment Familiarity: Experience with equipment such as blenders, tablet press machines, and packaging machines is beneficial.
- Documentation Skills: Proficiency in maintaining accurate records, including Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on following procedures to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency in production. Ability to identify and report deviations.
- Analytical Skills: Basic skills to monitor and interpret production parameters and perform quality control tests.
- Troubleshooting Abilities: Familiarity with tools and practices to resolve production-related issues is a plus.
- Physical Dexterity & Safety Awareness: Ability to lift and move materials as required, with a commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
- Teamwork & Communication: Effective collaboration skills, ability to follow instructions, and communicate production status or issues.
- Adaptability & Learning: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to different production tasks or shifts as needed.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in data entry and record-keeping on production software or systems.
