Educational Qualification: B.Tech passout – 2024 batch
Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a Strong Production Support professional who will be responsible for debugging / triaging issues/bugs reported by Customers,
- Respond to Technical Queries posted by Customers.
- He/She will be responsible for creating scripts to automate daily Manual Tasks.
- He/She will also be responsible for ensuring Production Stability.
Requirements:
- Some Understanding of web-based application software development/testing.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Deep attention to detail in driving effective resolution
- Knowledge of Java/Spring
- Knowledge of SQL queries
- Some Understanding of AWS
- Understanding of Ubuntu OS, Linux Commands
- Understanding of Jenkins
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
