Key Responsibilities:
Solution Development:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and challenge their requirements.
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional requirements.
- Design, develop, and test robust automation solutions using UiPath or other RPA tools.
- Ensure solutions adhere to DGSI principles, security standards, and Group methodologies.
- Validate solutions to guarantee optimal performance and user experience.
- Deploy solutions effectively, considering change management and training needs.
Continuous Improvement:
- Maintain and optimize existing solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide expert-level support to resolve complex issues.
- Embrace an agile and lean mindset, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Actively contribute to refining team norms and IT standards.
Required Skills:
- Essential:
- Strong proficiency in UiPath or a solid foundation in RPA technology.
- Desirable:
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
