Job Description:
Engineering & Technology Development Information Technology (ETD IT) team is focused on enabling company success with the delivery of high business value. As an IT Intern at Micron, you will configure, develop, maintain, and support Micron applications across the Engineering and Technology Development Application Development Team. You will demonstrate sound software engineering principles in all aspects of the development life cycle, including the analysis of software requirements, specifications, research, design, document, maintenance, and support. Our goal is to provide quality software that is secure, scalable, and reliable to Technology Development engineering teams, making it easier for them to navigate the ever-increasing complexities and challenges involved with developing new technology.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to begin or advance a career in Information Technology with a variety of possibilities and challenges. As a member of our Agile team, you will be provided mentoring where you can develop your potential and grow professionally to promote your success.
Roles & Responsibilities can include but are not limited to:
• You will start by fixing bugs, attending daily stand-ups and learning from your peers.
• You will break things – and learn to fix them so they don’t break in that way again.

• Some relevant industrial experience – either an internship or other work experience.
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Some knowledge of standard software engineering practices such as agile development methodologies, documentation, CI/CD, Testing.
• Any one or more skill sets : Microsoft Full-Stack Developer, Cloud Software Engineer, Automation Engineer
