Role : Customer Support Engineer
Experience : Fresher – 4 years (Only with Engineering/Computer Science stream)
Shift : Rotational Night shifts
Work Location : Ambit IT Park – Ambattur, Chennai
Work Model : Working from Office
Graduation : Any Computer science background only – Degree mandate, No Diploma preferred.
Notice Period : Need Immediate joiners only.

Note:
- Should be willing to work from office.

Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound contacts in a timely manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in languages in-scope
- Well versed with customer handling skills.
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
- Basic understanding of tools/platform used for Robotics process automation and workflow automation.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Keep records of all conversations in Ui Path owned CRM Database in a comprehensible way.
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements and skills
- Minimum 12 months of experience in a customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Fluent in the respective language
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Minimal bachelor’s degree of education with background of engineering, Technology, and computer science
- Basic programming knowledge of Dot Net / C/C++, Java, OOPS concepts and SQL.
