Job Profile: Associate – Quality COE
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Perform daily QC checks (as per target defined)
- Analyze the trends of errors and prepare reports accordingly to gauge the performance of the team and the catalog processes
- Attend to ad hoc requests/queries within defined TAT
- Daily FTP reports gauging the performance of the Catalog processes
- Train QCs and new hires on an ongoing basis, so as to achieve pre-defined quality standards. Be responsible for the team FTP to a large extent
- Resolve customer issues which involve coordinating with different departments, investigating and correcting them to maintain the quality of the catalog
- Propose/implement projects aimed at improving Myntra Catalog Quality
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills
- Should be able to maintain an objective opinion
- Highly organized with excellent time management
- Ability to multitask and eager to add to their knowledge base
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Foresight- ability to refine the current process and implement new ideas to increase the efficiency of the team
