Job Profile: Product Manager

Degree Required: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MCA
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product roadmap, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- Conduct market research, analyze user data, and identify customer needs to inform product strategy.
- Develop and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features.
- Track and measure product performance, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, executives, and team members.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in product management.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business, engineering, or computer science.
