Job Profile: Associate Software Engineer – Java
Degree Required: Degree in Bachelor of Engineering in CS /IT /MCA
Batch Eligible: Recent Batches
Experience Required: Freshers
CTC: ₹ 5.5–9.5 LPA (Expected)
Work Location: Pune
So, what’s the role all about?
As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be part of an R&D engineering team developing Enterprise Products. A software engineer at NICE works in a variety of programming languages, such as Java, .Net, HTML, JavaScript etc building large scale Enterprise Products.

- Strong programming skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to write complex algorithms required for developing software’s.
- Good communication skills
Have you got what it takes?
- Degree in Bachelor of Engineering in CS /IT /MCA
- Minimum Grade/Percentage – 1st class (60% And above or CGPA 6.5) throughout the academic career in all the semesters
- No backlogs (Active or Dead backlogs)
You will have an advantage if you also have:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Team Player
- Good communication skills (oral + written)
- Good time management skills
