What You’ll Do at Pega:
- Participate in design and development of features in Pega’s CRM product for Healthcare Industry
- Leverage best in class Pega technology to drive the design, implementation, quality and support for GOALS -> EPICS -> User stories using scaled agile methodology
- Actively collaborate with Product management, dependent application teams to come up with high performant, backward compatible and optimal solutions for the features to be developed
- Technologies you will work on – Pega, REST Services, Postgres, Oracle
- Actively participate in the Scrum processes used to develop solutions – providing continuous feedback and implement changes to our development processes
- Take ownership of the components/tasks and make sure they are delivered with great quality
- Resolve customer issues through technical guidance or by issuing formal fixes
- Actively contribute to Innovate
Who You Are:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (for fresh graduates only).
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Constant desire for innovation
- Should be able to take ownership of the deliverables assigned and would be able to deliver with no or minimal guidance
- Partner with different application teams, stakeholders to get a buy in for our use cases and achieve outcomes
- Experience of Low Code Development OR willingness towards Low Code Development
- Proficiency in any programming language (C,C++, Java), ability to write SQL queries, Analytical Skills.
- Strong interest to learn and become proficient in new technologies along with Healthcare domain
What You’ve Accomplished:
- Ability to design solutions to simple to medium complex problems/use cases using any object-oriented programming languages.
- Ability to think and code fast independently with little hand holding and mostly driven with self- initiation.
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly.
