Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualification — Diploma in Electronics & Communication / Computer Engineering/Information Technology(2022/ 23/ 24 pass out with min 60%)
About the Apprenticeship program:
- Detailed 2 weeks of induction training at SHQ/RHQ and on-the-job training at JC for another seven days.
- Upon completing the apprenticeship program, they will be absorbed as Network Diploma Engineer Trainees.
- Formal periodic engagement by the Network training team.
- Practical classroom inputs, exposure, and interventions for a faster learning curve.
- Education assistance for B.E. / B. Tech from a reputed institute.
Apprenticeship program Duration Details:
- For 06 months, you will work as an Apprentice
- After 06 months, basis performance and evaluation candidates will be elevated as N- DETs
- After 01 years on an N-DET basis, performance is to be promoted to FE
- Apprentice: 6 months
- N-DETs: 7 – 18 Months
- FE: >18 months
Job Benefits:
- Enrollment into B.Tech. Programme basis performance
- After joining as a Field Engineer, you will be eligible for WILP Bech. Programme from institutes like BITS Pilani / MIT.
