- Evaluation and Interpretation of Production Data (OEE, IDC & Productivity)
- Set-up, Adjustment and Fine Tuning of Machining Processes
- Process Failure Analysis and Implementation of Process-Modifications
- Process training for Operators and Staff
- Release Procedures for machining process
Qualifications
- HMC machining processes &
- cutting tools
- CNC Programming
- Statistical process
- control plan & P-FMEA
