Job Profile: Graduate Engineer Trainee/Diploma Engineer Trainee
Degree Required: B.E/B.Tech/Diploma
Batch Eligible: 2025
Experience Required: Freshers
Salary/CTC: Rs. 2.40 – 2.76 LPA
Work Location: Pune

Salary (CTC):
- For Diploma (DET): Rs. 2.40 Lacs per year
- For BE / BTech (GET): Rs. 2.76 Lacs per year
Detailed Eligibility for Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)/Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET):
- B.E/B.Tech/Diploma (Polytechnic) in Mechanical/Rubber Technology/Polymers
- Experience: Fresher
- Eligible Batch: 2025 batch (recently passed out in June / July 2025)
- Eligibility Criteria: No active backlog subject.

Selection Process:
- Company Presentation: Start of the campus will be through a company presentation indicating various aspects related to Man & Machine capabilities.
- Written test: Analytical test to be administered to all appearing candidates and minimum qualifying will be 60% marks.
- Group Discussion (GD): Qualifying candidates after written test will undergo group discussion
- Interview: Qualifying candidates from GD will appear for final interview.
- Campus selection Panel: HR Head, Plant Head, UHR team, 2 technical members (HOD).
