Job Description for Machine Learning/Software Engineering/Design+UI :

• 2022 & 2023 Graduates/ 2024, 2025 – Undergraduates (Preference for final year computer science or related engineering branches).
• Master’s or PhD students are welcome.
• Should be available for up to 6 months(minimum 3 months).
• Have strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, databases).
• Have good knowledge of machine learning.
• Knowledge of Deep Learning is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, databases).
• Knowledge and basics of preferred Software programming languages like Javascript/ Typescript, Python & and Golang would be a plus but not mandatory.

Note: Candidates must join at the end of February or in March starting in 2024.

Job Description for Design+UI:

• Looking for someone who preferably comes from a background of Frontend(UI) design, or a related field.
• Understanding design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or any similar tools is good.
• Front-end development languages (ReactJS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) are a plus.
• Based on feedback and project goals, create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces.
• Assist in developing design assets, style guides, and other visual elements.
• Contribute to the overall user experience strategy and design vision.
• Collaborate with the design and development teams to understand project requirements.
• A creative mindset with a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Description for Machine Learning

• Working closely with the ML team and actively participating in team discussions.
• Work on the data engineering or Machine Learning problems assigned to you.
• Proposing and analyzing multiple design approaches.
• Doing a literature review and identifying the best solutions for the given problem.
• Building ML models on actual data from millions of users.
• Debugging and functional testing of your code.
• Taking those prototypes through design review stages and using the updated design to enhance RudderStack’s products and services.
