The selected Talents will be inducted as Management Trainee in Sales & marketing functions through structured and robust induction, orientation, integration and review program, preparing them to carry out the role in Sales Function and transitioning their careers with us as Key Account Manager from Second Year based on successful performance. The Management Trainee period will be for 1 Year.

A Brief about the responsibility is as below.

  • Prospecting and meeting key influencer viz Architects, Builders, Contractors, Fabricators and specifying products in Projects.
  • Securing high-value accounts through consultative selling, effective customer solutions and promoting compelling business opportunities.
  • Sales forecasting and KRA development for daily, monthly and yearly sales target accomplishment.
  • Demonstrate excellence by implementing sales & marketing operation initiatives that creates positive experience for clients.

The location for this role will be anywhere in India.
