Salesforce Ignite is a customer-facing, digital strategy and design consulting team within Salesforce. We help C-level executives at Fortune 2000 companies recognize and interpret forces of change in their market, and collaborate with them to plot a course towards a more robust digital future through human-centered design.
Our engagements combine elements of strategy, user-research, visioning, ideation, visual storytelling, business model design, rapid prototyping, and in-market concept testing and experimentation.
Intern Responsibilities:
- Assist the Ignite team in conducting primary and secondary research and analysis for key topics. Primary research could involve travel to various locations.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather requirements, provide updates, and support solution discussions.
- Contribute to the creation of client-facing deliverables, such as presentations, reports, and proposals, to communicate strategic recommendations and project progress effectively.
- Explore potential of Generative Artificial Intelligence in Ignite projects.
Eligibility:
- Bachelor in Design – 2025 Graduate
- Strong interest in Innovation, Design Thinking and Digital Transformation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to conduct research, gather insights, and develop strategic recommendations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools, Figma, Adobe Suite and similar software is a plus.
