As part of the Global Production Operational Support team for OTT/VOD services, your primary duties will include:
- Executing VOD QC (Quality Control) scenarios across all platforms with exceptional accuracy.
- Preparing and delivering VOD QC reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Monitoring, analyzing, and resolving reliability and performance issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Conducting Feed Monitoring to identify and address Content Provider Feed errors.
- Providing essential technical support for all Video on Demand (VOD) systems.
- Prioritizing and managing multiple helpdesk/support tickets, ensuring proper resolution.
- Overseeing workflow and service request management via ticketing systems.
- Performing Channel Management tasks such as Quality Management, Broadcast Standard verification, Channel Release, and Post-Release Monitoring.
