About the role
As an TA Intern, you will help curate a talented community of engaged and passionate team members. By bringing in the most talented people possible, endless opportunities to shape and elevate slice culture will come your way. You will be able to develop your skills and play with new ideas as we deliver on our promise to the business – the right people, in the right role, at the right time .
What you will do
- Attracting and sourcing candidates, pre-screening, and presenting qualified job candidates to the hiring team
- Serving as the point of contact for all parties throughout the collaborative hiring process
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Participating in employee onboarding to ensure the new hire is prepared to begin work
- Serving as the employee brand ambassador, while internally and externally soliciting employee referrals
What you will need
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks as needed.
- Good to have prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Intern/HR Intern.
