About the job
Sony’s R&D Centers support the different Sony business entities using cutting-edge research & technology. They already have teams and assets in the data science domain and have been applying it to various business domains of Sony & now looking at helping Sony’s business in India.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with research scientists and team members on daily development activities, focusing on custom model training, development, and optimization.
- Utilize PyTorch and TensorFlow for deep learning model implementation.
- Employ AWS services such as S3, Athena, and EC2 for efficient data storage, querying, and computation.
- Gain insights into data cleaning techniques, hypothesis testing, MLOps practices, and dashboard development for predictive models.
- Contribute to the in-depth understanding and application of deep learning and predictive modeling concepts.
Work Location:
- Remote/ Mumbai/Bengaluru, India
Duration:
- The internship will start by the first week of June 2024.
- 6 months
- 9:30 to 18:00 (Monday to Friday) fulltime
Essential Education:
- Bachelors, Masters degree with hands-on experience in Python, specifically in Machine Learning/Deep Learning models.
Must-Have Skills:
- Supervised and Unsupervised Machine learning models.
- Good Proficiency in PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experienced in EDA on Large Datasets.
- Exposure with AWS S3, Athena, and EC2.
- Familiarity with deep learning/machine learning frameworks including scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of custom training and development of deep learning models.
- Skilled in Data cleaning and hypothesis testing.
Good to have skills:
- Expertise in PyTorch.
- Previous internship experience in developing deep learning models.
- MLOps and Model Deployment.
- Dashboard development.
