We are hiring for Customer Service International Voice Process – Looking for enthusiastic candidates who want to build their carrier in International customer service with having excellent written and verbal skills.
Job Role :
- As a Customer Service Representative on Sutherland’s team, you’ll bring your expertise to deliver exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls in a high-energy environment.
- You will get to work with leading technologies and systems while having a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you.
- You excel at handling customer inquiries of varying types.
- You are an active listener and can leverage probing question skills.
Required Candidate profile
- A candidate who is comfortable working night shifts.
- A candidate who is comfortable working from the office can Apply.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Excellent communication Can Apply.
- only graduates can apply. (those who do with graduation, results awaiting can apply.)
- 5 days a week sat sun fixed off.
- *Two-way cab facility only in night shift within 25Kms ONLY from office premises.
