Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The candidate would be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via call. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- Voice Customer Support Process.
- Rotational Shifts .
- Rotational Week off.
- 5 Days working.
- Both Side Cabs.
Salary- UPTO- 4.67LPA
Responsibilities:
1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
2. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
3. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
4. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
5. Identify and escalate priority issues.
6. Provide product/service information to customers.
7. Assist in maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
Requirements:
1. Proven minimum 6 months of work experience into international inbound voice support.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
4. Strong problem-solving skills.
5. Ability to work well in a team environment.
6. Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
7. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
Candidates can Walk-in daily between Monday- Saturday (10am-4pm)
