Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities and colleges to attract top talent.
- Create and implement innovative recruitment strategies to reach a diverse pool of candidates.
- Manage and update job postings on various platforms.
- Conduct phone and video interviews with potential candidates.
- Prepare interview reports and make recommendations to the hiring manager.
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR team with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for HR and a desire to learn and grow.
