Key responsibilities:
- Ensure Customer Rejection PPM within the Target
- Responsible for Customer Quality and Process Quality
- Monitor monthly PPM, FTT and kaizen
- Do internal audit and close the observation
- Good knowledge in PPAP, 8D, QC tools and QC story
- Implement poka-yoke in the process to eliminate defects
- Monitoring Quality inspector skill Matrix and focus on development of team
- Do continuous Quality improvement activities
- Complete customer PPAP as per timeline
- Following daily KPI and achieve the target.
- Meet APQP timeline and address all the failure mode during NPD
- Achieve zero customer PPM and Maintain zero warranty PPM
- 100% adherence to Tenneco Quality basic
- Zero NC in IATF and customer audit.
