About the Job Role:

Initially, you will be assigned to a project and provided with guidance and feedback. This hands-on experience will help you learn the essential skills needed to manage QA tasks independently. Since the project will be used by clients or users, you will gain valuable real-life experience. While we will provide support as needed, we expect you to take full ownership and grow through this experience. You can anticipate a disciplined environment where focused work and clear communication will be essential. As you grow, we will allow you to take on more responsibilities, leading to an increase in your perks.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely within the engineering teams, taking charge of testing efforts.
• Create and execute functional and integration test cases.
• Monitor quality assurance metrics and identify avenues for enhancement.
• Skillfully address production issues and replicate reported failures.
• Engage in collaborative efforts with cross-functional teams.

Must-have:

• Some experience in the industry experience in mobile app and web app testing
• Skilled with Selenium for web testing.
• Proficient in manual testing.
• Experienced in JavaScript unit testing.
• Independent worker, minimal supervision needed.
• Self-driven with a knack for implementing new ideas.
• Expert in troubleshooting using browser tools.
• Capable of scripting and automating tasks.
• Adaptable to business needs while considering team priorities.
• Comfortable collaborating with remote teams.
• Love for Pizza and Chai (Coffee will do too!).
