- Fresh Graduates (2024) looking for their first job

The Challenge:
The competition consists of two rounds:
Round 1: Aptitude Test (October 5-6)
- Test your ability to analyze patterns, solve problems, and think critically – essential skills for any professional role.
- Format: 60 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) in 60 minutes
- Top 30,000 students progress to Round 2.
- Certificates awarded to all qualifying students.
- Participation certificates for everyone who registers.
Round 2: Skill Assessment (October 19)
- Choose a track based on your skills from 7 diverse options.
- Format: 60 MCQs in 60 minutes
- Top 20 winners in each track win cash prizes worth ₹10,000 each.
- Top 100 from each track receive goodies worth ₹1,000 each.
Skill Tracks:
- Coding: Prove your coding proficiency in algorithms, data structures, and programming languages.
- Engineering: Showcase your knowledge of core technical principles across various engineering disciplines.
- Data & AI: Evaluate your skills in data analysis, algorithms, and artificial intelligence.
- Marketing & Strategy: Assess your business acumen, strategic thinking, and marketing expertise.
- Accounting & Finance: Test your understanding of financial statements, accounting ratios, and financial principles.
- Pharma: Assess your knowledge of pharmaceutical sciences, research methodologies, and industry regulations.
- Sales & Operations: Evaluate your aptitude in sales strategies, operational management, and problem-solving skills.
Important Dates:
- Last Date to Register: October 4th
- Round 1: Aptitude Test: October 5-6 (Results announced on October 11th)
- Round 2: Skill Assessment: October 19 (Winners announced on October 25th)
