Roles & Responsibilities:
The primary role will be to teach students aspiring for IIT-JEE /NEET the subjects Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology online in front of a camera in the most engaging, elaborate, interesting and innovative way possible in languages English / Hinglish with the primary objective to facilitate student’s learning and understanding
• Research about the most effective content matter and delivery techniques for students
• Coordinate with the content team to get the content materials developed.
• Research about student psyche and try to bring up innovative engagement techniques during lectures to enhance student participation and understanding.
• Be an academic mentor to a group of students, understand their challenges and bring innovative solutions and techniques
• Reviewing of the content created by other content developers or SMEs and to guide them in order to prepare the content of highest quality
• Working as subject experts, solving problems of books in a step-by-step format of their related subject.
• Work on solving doubts & writing solutions for students’ live questions
• Has passion towards education and effective content communication through visuals.
• Has strong subject expertise and could apply theoretical knowledge to the practical applications through varied audio-visual elements.
• Has exquisite communication skills – verbal and written, you are able to communicate clearly and efficiently in multiple formats, including email, written documents, digital presentations and verbal conversations. Being multilingual is a plus.
• Shows adaptability and ability to multitask, manages the team at vertical level while meeting deadlines and training other team members in different processes.
• Makes learning easy for students from different backgrounds and of different cognitive abilities and yourself should be open to learning new concepts and tools. • Identifies loopholes in the existing processes and brainstorm and design creative ways to improvise them, and conceptualizes and lay down the outline for the new processes and optimize resource allocation.
• Is comfortable using technology tools for both video and textual content creation and delivery.
• Research the most effective content matter and delivery techniques for students.
• Coordinate with the content team to get the content materials developed.
• Research about student psyche and try to bring up innovative engagement techniques during lectures to enhance student participation and understanding.
• Provide Solutions for JEE Adv/Main, NEET & other competitive/ Entrance exams.
• Create well-explained, step-by-step solutions to questions primarily at the undergraduate level.
Skills:
