Responsibilities
- Performance management communication and coordination – Ensuring Performance management process is completed smoothly as per the org level compliance and timelines
- Employee engagement activities – “Planning and Scheduling employee engagement/fun activities at org and BU level Engagement calendar”
- New Hire Induction /Orientation – Completing Onboarding and Induction process for new joiners, issuing appointment letters
- Rewards and Recognition programs – Assisting in managing R&R for monthly,quarterly and yearly awards
- On boarding – “Sage Account creation Co-ordination with recruiter Appointment letter creation Creation of Employee folder Joining day formalities Welcome email “
- Background Verification – “Downloading and validating report Co-ordination with recruiter Record maintenance”
- Employment Letters – Preparing and issuing employment letters to employees
- Employee Data Changes – Manager, Location : Implementing the proposed data changes in Sage timely
