Growth Path:
- GM/Director – 35-50 LPA
- Head – 18-35 LPA
- Manager – 10-18 LPA
- Associate – 5-10 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Completing all bookings and flight/hotel/packages operations-related work including cancellations, refunds, etc
- Coordination with suppliers to ensure timely revert on quotes and booking details such as vouchers, confirmations, etc
- Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
- Ensure customer delight.
- Demonstrate multitasking abilities
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Has prior experience / is comfortable working in working Night Shifts
- Ethical, hardworking, and ‘passionate about startups’ mindset
- Excellent structured problem-solving ability
- Good understanding of different business verticals
- Disciplined & Process Oriented
- Presence of Mind

You Must:

This role is not ideal for someone who is:
- Not comfortable with tight timelines/targets
- Not disciplined to sit and work
- Not good at resolving customer queries or escalations
- Not comfortable with long working hours i.e. 10 – 12 hours daily
- Not excited about working on Saturdays (6 days a week)
Additional Details:
- Office Location – Connaught Place, Delhi. The day shift will be from the office whereas the night shift will be work from home.
- Alternate months day and night shifts.
- Work Timings – 9:30 AM till work gets over for the day shift and 12 AM till work gets over for the night shift. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the fast-paced environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
