Growth Path:

• GM/Director – 35-50 LPA
• Head – 18-35 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Completing all bookings and flight/hotel/packages operations-related work including cancellations, refunds, etc
• Coordination with suppliers to ensure timely revert on quotes and booking details such as vouchers, confirmations, etc
• Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery
• Manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
• Ensure customer delight.
• Demonstrate multitasking abilities

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Has prior experience / is comfortable working in working Night Shifts
• Ethical, hardworking, and ‘passionate about startups’ mindset
• Excellent structured problem-solving ability
• Good understanding of different business verticals
• Disciplined & Process Oriented
• Presence of Mind
• Willing to learn more

You Must:

• Be Customer-Centric
• Enjoy speaking to clients on call
• Have high ownership to complete your work
• Be good at negotiating with suppliers

This role is not ideal for someone who is:

• Not comfortable with tight timelines/targets
• Not disciplined to sit and work
• Not good at resolving customer queries or escalations
• Not comfortable with long working hours i.e. 10 – 12 hours daily
• Not excited about working on Saturdays (6 days a week)

Additional Details:

• Office Location – Connaught Place, Delhi. The day shift will be from the office whereas the night shift will be work from home.
• Alternate months day and night shifts.
• Work Timings – 9:30 AM till work gets over for the day shift and 12 AM till work gets over for the night shift. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the fast-paced environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
