Job Description:
- Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions
- Write well-designed, testable code
- Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
- Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
- Document and maintain software functionality
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
- Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
- Comply with project plans and industry standards
Job Requirements:
- Good programming skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Good communication skills
- Understanding and analysing project requirement.
Eligibility:
- 2023/24 Batch of BE/ BTech/ MTech (CSE/IT/ISE/ECE Branches only)
- Good academic record
- Good pH score
Note:
- Salary includes 15% of Annual Performance Bonus.
- Candidates clearing the interview will be onboarded as an Intern and will undergo 2 months of training (with stipend).
Compensation/stipend
- For the first two months of training, the stipend will be 20,000 per month.
- Only those who clear the evaluation at the end of the training program will be onboarded as Associate Software Engineer (with CTC).
Service Agreement:
- Company spends considerable effort in training new employees through direct mentoring by senior folks. Candidates willing to commit for atleast a period of 24 months tenure should only apply.
- The training agreement is for 24 months, and value of the bond amount is INR.1,00,000/-
- Training bond(24 months) will be applicable from the joining date (includes 2 months training period) of the candidate as an Intern.
