Your role
An exciting opportunity is available in FAC – WMAM Swiss and AMER in which the candidate will be responsible for:
• Preparation of Journals, ledger integrity checks and control, reconciliation and clearance of suspense balance
• Preparation of MoM/QoQ variance analysis with quality commentary and business drivers insight
• Preparation and presentation of management accounts and variance analysis
• Detailed analysis and exception reporting for various feeds reported into Primary ledger from Accounting
• Supporting various change the bank projects initiatives from respective accounts in BS P&L and Off BS
• Strong hands-on experience in ARP and advance MS-Excel skills required to generate and report various data analytics
• The role requires team collaboration skills in addition to being an individual contributor.
Your team
• The FAC (Financial Accounting & Control) team is part of Group Finance.
Your expertise
You are/have:
• A relevant degree as prescribed by UBS HR Policy.
• Should have knowledge of accounting aspects of transaction i.e. Impact on PNL & Balance Sheet.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills combined with a flair of visualization.
• A proactive and change focused mind-set with problem solving ability.
• A team player, interacts well and creates synergy in team environment.
• Enthusiastic, takes initiatives and is diligent.
Technical:
• MS office (especially excel and power point) – basic level.
• Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both oral and written form.
