Job Profile: Associate Academic Counselor
Degree Required: Any Degree
Experience Required: 0 – 2 years
Salary/CTC: Rs. 3.5 LPA
Work Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage proactively with potential customers through outbound calls.
- Engage with prospective students in-person and over the
- phone to understand their academic background, career objectives, and learning preferences.
- Provide personalized guidance on the best courses and learning pathways available for JEE, NEET exams.
- Accountable for creating qualified lead funnels for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential leads and encourage them to join the courses.
Candidate Profile:
- 0-2 yrs exp
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Hindi/Regional Language + English
- Zeal for an exciting sales career journey.
- Customer-focused with persuasive abilities and confidence.
Location- Bangalore, HSR, Work from office
Salary- 3.5 LPA ( Includes Incentives Variable)
