Position: Business Analyst
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face Only
Salary: 2.40 to 3 LPA (Depends on interview)
Experience: Freshers and Experienced both can apply
Education: B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BTech+MBA
2 Years Bond – Non Negotiable
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring bugs.
- Creating BRD, FRD, SRS, etc.
- Supporting initiatives to improve reporting quality.
- Technical proposal writing (RFP).
- Your primary tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes for IT functional and Development teams, and conducting user acceptance testing.
- You will be responsible for maintaining and validating solution integrity in your functional area throughout the project, including controlling scope, managing solutions for change tracking/traceability, and clarifying solution capabilities during all delivery phases.
- Experience & Any Graduate can apply.
- Creating wireframes.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Your role involves conducting testing, including functionality checks, before product delivery.
- Note: This job includes testing work as well (Business Analyst cum Testing).
Required Candidate profile:
- Excellent presentation and documentation skills. Education, Experience, Skills.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Conduct research and interviews to determine IT business requirements.
- Ability to facilitate and drive decisions and clarification.
