Job Profile: Graduate Engineer Trainee
Degree Required: BE / BTech / ME / MTech – Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer
Experience Required: Freshers
CTC/Salary: ₹ 5 to 9 LPA
Work Location: Chennai
Last Date: 31st August 2024
Responsibilities
- Primary responsibilities will be monitoring and diagnosing the health condition of wind turbine gearboxes, main bearings, and generators to highlight potential failures and damages before they happen
- Technical reporting of potential reliability conditions
- Constant interaction with service operations performing a follow up on the alerts detected by the system and the technical actions applied on field
- Improvement of alert definitions and monitoring templates based on feedback from field
- Knowledge sharing to spread technical solutions
- Support to service operations on interpreting the predictive models to optimize maintenance
- Participate in Continuous Improvement Programs
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech./M.E/M.Tech – Mechanical/ Electrical Engineer
- Willing to work in Rotational Shifts (Transportation & Food will be provided)
- Level II Vibration Certification as defined by ISO 18436-2 is good to have
Competencies
- Fluency in English and have good communication, presentation skills
- Pro-active, structured, self-motivated, communicative, reliable, credible, open minded, ambitious
- Should be willing to travel abroad
- Exposure to Condition Monitoring of Wind Turbines
- Knowledge on SQL, Matlab and R is desirable.
