Eligibility Criteria:
- Looking for current year or the previous year pass outs (Year of Passing – 2020,2021,2022,2023,2024), with a clean and meritorious academic record with 65% and above in academics.
- We are looking at starting with a team of around people with excellent communication skills.
- Preferably IT and Comp Science stream graduates with MBA marketing
specializations.
- Office/Work location will be – Plot no 140A M.G plaza Taj Nagri Phase 2, Near Hotel DoubleTree by Hilton, Agra, UP. 282001, Agra
- We will have dedicated training time for the batch
- We will have fortnightly evaluations where people will be expected to perform at a certain level to continue in the training program
- We will expect people to have professional and commitment to learning during the training period
- Potential in selling IT Services for End to End project delivery.
- Knowledge about Data Analytics and AI/ML or DevOps and Cloud for working on IT.
- Work on all phases of the end-to-end sales cycle including client presentations, discussions, negotiations, and deal closure with clients.
- Prior understanding of market strategies and relationship building with decision-making teams.
- Generating business from potential new customers and establishing strategic partnerships and alliances, achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
- Create the business proposal, and presentations.
