SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Junior process analyst would work on the various process and sub process. Must accomplish the daily set target with high efficiency and accuracy. Offers process recommendations surrounding improving processes, efficiencies and practices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Junior Process Analyst will work with business owners, managers and other staff members to accomplish the daily set targets based on the process engaged.
- Knowledge of MS office and know how about the basic function of MS office
- Improvise on daily processing efficiency and accuracy.
- Cultivates and maintains working relationships with team members
- Pro-active and zeal to outperform
- Knowledge of basic fundamentals of accounting
- Communication- Should be able to comprehend well (written and verbal)
- Hardworking, flexible and Pro-active
- Willingness to work in any business shift – Fixed and rotational, Day or Night shifts hours

PREFERRED SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS:
- Freshers preferred
- Zero -Two years’ experience
- Average communication skills (Should be able to comprehend well)
- Open for feedback and learning opportunities
- Have Own System (Desktop / Laptop) & Broadband connectivity (Preferable)
- Flexibility – Any shift @ business requirement
- Service Agreement for 1 year
- Should be well versed with basic fundamentals of accounting (which are taught even in 11th standard and are covered well in graduation)
