- On-the-job experience: Working as part of a high-performing team in your business group is how you will gain in-depth experience as an intern. You will begin to build your analytical and interpersonal communication skills by actively participating in your team’s day-today activities.
- Professional support: You will be matched with a partner who will be your mentor or coach, available to answer your questions, help you through challenging situations, and give you feedback throughout the course of the summer.
- A virtual speaker series: Wells Fargo’s top leaders provide insight into how to make the most of your summer experience while you get to learn about trends in the HR function.
- Organization networking activities: We promote community involvement and networking with other summer interns and full time associates. You will have the opportunity to create lasting professional relationships, build your network, and take advantage of a diverse and rapidly growing workforce.
Responsibilities for Wells Fargo India Hiring
- Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
- Strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
- Self-driven and can work with minimal Supervision
- Participates in a formal internship program with a duration of at least ninety days.
- Internship includes performing various assignments to become familiar with the organization and gain basic work experience.
- Work assignments are augmented by classroom training, self-study assignments, workshops, networking and/or other events
Essential Qualifications
- University degree in Business or related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Analytical abilities & MS office knowledge
- Excellent organization, planning, and time management skills.
