Roles and Responsibilities for WeWork India Off Campus Drive 2022
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Schedule interviews working directly with recruiters, hiring managers, interview teams and candidates
- Own processes for candidate scheduling, interview loop execution and pre-onboarding engagement
- Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status
- Assist in coordination for recruiting programs and initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience
Experience and Qualifications for WeWork India Off Campus Drive 2022
- Bachelors/Masters degree in a People or related field
- Proficient with Google Suite, MS Office and collaboration or automation tools
- Exceptional organisational, time management and multitasking skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
- Clear, concise and effective written and oral communication skills
