Position: Service Desk Engineer
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical field
- Experience: 1-4 Years only
- It is good to have experience in International BPO
- Excellent communication skill is mandatory
Responsibilities:
- Problem-solving solid abilities with Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate to various audiences.
- Will drive Ticket Deep Dive and develop strategies for improvement. Work to make the Service Desk the single source of truth and service delivery channel for IT.
- Act as an escalation point for all requests and incidents. Develop and mature phone/ticket escalation processes to ensure free-flowing escalation and information within the organization.
- Determine the root cause of issues and communicate appropriately to internal and external customers.
- Monitoring team performance and developing feedback reports for management
- Ensuring customer service is timely and accurate on daily basis
- Recruiting, training, and supporting service desk technicians
- Knowledge and understanding of best practices for service management
- Ability to market and promote the service desk and to advocate for necessary resources, support, and appreciation for the service desk
- Ensuring that all processes used by the service desk are thoroughly documented, consistently audited, and regularly improved
Salary: 5% to 25% hike on CTC (*Depending upon interview)
Shift: Rotational (including Night Shifts)
