Working Hours / Days & Shifts :
12:00 PM – 9:00 PM & 1:30PM – 10:30PM (Day light Saving) / 5 Days working
Compensation :
- Stipend: INR 13,000 per month (during 6 month training period)
- Annual Gross CTC: INR 2,50,000 (upon completion of training & conversion to full time employment)
- INR 3,00,000 ( Post compeltion of 6 months as full time employment)
- INR 3,50,000 ( Post compeltion of 12 months as full time employment)
INR 4,00,000 ( Post compeltion of 18 months as full time employment) - Annual Variable Pay: Up to INR 68,400 (based on performance)
- Annual Gross CTC is inclusive of Variable Pay
