- Handling customer queries / resolving customer issues via chat.
- Maintain accuracy of information given and documented.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate/Undergraduate
- Experience in International customer service would be an added advantage.
