Duration of Internship- 6 Months
What you’ll be doing:
- Learn, support, and use ground-breaking technologies like Azure, GCP and AWS.
- Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to our customers’ individual needs
- Work on critical, highly complex problems documentation.
- Leverage your day-to-day experience to provide the voice of the customer to internal teams on how to improve our services
- Work with technical team assist to write the SOP, SMTD and KB for technical support experience.
Support Areas
- Cloud computing- Azure, GCP and AWS
- Networking (DNS, TCP/IP, HTTP, VLAN, etc.)
- OS (Linux and/or Windows Servers)
- Virtualization (VMware)
- Security concepts
What you’ll need:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Will graduate in 2023 or 2024
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Information Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English .
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Good knowledge in MS office specially MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basics in OS concepts / Linux/Unix Systems administration (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat, Solaris, etc)
- Programming / scripting experience (Python, Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP)
- Basic knowledge in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS) /Database
- Exposure to Cloud computing
