Job Description:

1. Deliver technical support and conduct online demos and customer training
2. Perform requirement gathering and analysis
3. Respond to RFI requests and ensure timely follow-up with contacts
4. Deliver accurate and timely solutions to customers and provide POC to leads

Pre-requisites:

1. Excellent in written and spoken English
2. Proficient in offering phone-based support to US and UK customers
3. Have an experience of 6 months or more in client-facing roles
4. Need to be open to relocation and working night shifts
5. Interested in learning new technologies
